さっぱりした青柚子と蜂蜜のマリネの味付けが美味しすぎた！！それと魚介出汁の泡を組合わるって凄くない！？

見た目がお洒落なだけ、、じゃないねん！！
予想を遥かに上回る美味しさやった！
レアでねっとりした鴨のカルパッチョで、味付けがとにかく美味しい！！
紅くるり大根と下にひいてるきゅうりのマヨソース和えみたいなやつを鴨で巻いて食べても美味しいし、鴨だけで食べてもめーーっちゃ美味しかった！！

白はクリームチーズ、黒はイカ墨のソース！
皮目がパリッと焼かれたカンパチで、イカ墨ソースいい感じ^^
