I was told that I could use the Go To & Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City Eating Out campaign, so I looked for it on the website and came here. It turned out to be a very interesting shop. First of all, the main dish is not yakitori, but toriyaki. Instead of grilling the chicken on a skewer over an open flame, you grill the chicken yourself on a griddle similar to a samgyeopsal plate, just like Yakiniku (Grilled meat). It's fun to interact with young staff members who say things like, ``Is this how well it should be cooked?'' or ``No, it's not quite there yet (^o^).'' I had never thought about the degree of grilling, but the staff at the restaurant said that it tastes better when grilled properly. By the way, what I was a little happy about was the beer, which was served in a thin glass. This tastes very good. The store is compact, but not bad. Also, the final Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), the okoge, was well done, which made me happy.
