温玉トリュフオイル、馬肉ゆっけキャビア

・薔薇の肉寿司(2550円)

薔薇の肉寿司は一度、薔薇の状態で提供されてから、そのあとに肉寿司になって提供されます。
前菜五種盛り合わせは苦手なものを言ってもらうとそれ以外のもので盛り合わせしてくれます。
