牛魔とかいて「うま」と読むようです。
ランチに利用しました。
上焼肉定食の肉大盛で勝負です。
肉が一切れ一切れ大きくて満足感のあるカット。
非常に食べごたえはあります。
反面、肉をかみしめても旨さがほとばしることはなく、むむむと感じたわけですが、2種類あるつけダレのうち、辛みを付与しているタレが秀逸で、こちらをたっぷりとからめて食べると美味しい焼肉に変貌を遂げます。
これは非常に良かったです。
店内が喫煙可能とのことでしたので、たばこを吸わない人は少し注意が必要です。
カットとタレで独自性がでているため、安価に焼肉食べたい場合には重宝するお店かもしれません。
