国産牛を中心とした鮮度抜群のホルモンや多彩な鉄板焼が楽しめますo(^o^)o
こちらは、北新地に昨年9月にオープンした、串をタレに絡めて焼く"カラメ焼き"のお店【鉄板牛串 アベ亭】の姉妹店。

そのとき対応してくれたスタッフが店主として活躍。僕のことを覚えていてくれてたのは嬉しいですね～
中心に厨房が設置されているので、大きな鉄板で調理されていくライブ感も楽しいです。

ハート・テッチャンなど、日替わりホルモン4種と野菜を鉄板で蒸し焼きにした、名物【鉄砲焼き】(1296円)
ピーナッツと白味噌ベースのタレを絡めてパクッと
うま～い❤
鉄砲焼きの〆は、鉄板に残った肉汁にご飯と黒ニンニクを加え、カツオブシをかけた【牛まんま】(734円)
鉄砲焼きで余ったタレで味変に。
これも、うま～い❤
味噌を使わず塩と玉ねぎで煮込んだ【もつ煮込み】(380円)、さっぱり頂けるもつ煮込みはクセになりますね
太麺を使った焼きソバ定食やホルモン定食など、定食のみも利用できるのは有り難いo(^o^)o
仕事終わりに寄れるお店が増えました❤
