暑い土曜日。
今日のランチは堺筋本町の焼肉屋さんに向かいましたが行列ができていてびっくり。
仕方なく自転車で長堀橋から難波神社方面へ。
やって来ましたのは南船場の鉄板ホルモン中野さん。
間口を大きく開放していて入りやすい雰囲気。
中はコの字カウンターが斜めにレイアウトされています。
雰囲気は手が混んでるお好み焼き屋さんといった風情です。
さっそく中へ。
先客が1人。
その方からは対面がわのカウンターへ。
さてこちらのランチメニューです。
ホルモンミックス、ソース焼きそば、豚キムチ焼きそば。
ポテサラ、ライス、スープが付きます。
そして季節野菜のキーマカレー。
ここはやはりホルモンミックスにしましょう。
しばらく待ちます。
まずはビールジョッキに冷たい水が出てきます。
暑い日中ですので嬉しいですね。
そしてご飯とわかめスープが到着。
そして銀皿にホルモンミックス焼きとポテサラが到着。
さっそくいただきます。
ホルモンミックスの野菜はキャベツ、タマネギ、もやし。
そしてホルモンはまるちょうやレバーっぽい・・。
レバー？。
そう言えば私はレバーは食べれません。
失敗したかな？
まずはレバー駆逐作戦でいきましょう。
レバーと思しき肉をパクリ。
しかしコリコリした食感です。
レバーではなくハツだったのかもしれません。
安心しました。
あとはポテサラ一口→ホルモン肉と野菜をパクリ→ご飯を一口→わかめスープをグビリ。
以上の流れを続けます。
肉は数種類。
特にせせりがあったのは良かったです。
そして味の変化にはコチジャンを活用。
ご飯はナイスな量。
わかめスープは良い仕事をしています。
若いお兄さん店員さんはそれなりのサービス。
お腹は満足しました。
