一日限定5食の淡麗の提供は水・木・金曜日のみ |
気になってたこちらへ。11:30に着いて13番目。運良く1巡目で入れた！12時前には2巡目の予約券も完売。その後もお客さんがひっきりなしに来店、丁寧なお断りが続く。
入った順にオーダーと提供がなされます。13番目の私は入店後45分後位でグツグツと土鍋で煮込まれたカレーが到着。
おすすめの食べ方に沿ってまず香りを嗅ぎ、スープを啜り、半熟卵を潰さないよう具を取り出し、いよいよご飯と混ぜて、最後にご飯とオニオンを土鍋へIN、卓上のスパイスで味変、という手順を忠実に守って変化を満遍なく楽しみました♪
辛さと甘さが上手く合っていて、スープカレーにありそうなビショビショ感はありません。
オニオンとトマトがよく効いてる〜！
奇をてらって無いけど個性的、純粋に楽しめる価値ある1100円の橋本屋劇場。
そして次回はトマト増しにしようと心に誓う。
