一日限定5食の淡麗の提供は水・木・金曜日のみ |
11時15分ごろ訪問。その段階で6番目。20分過ぎに店主さんが様子を見て列の並ぶ方向を示しました。ご近所付き合いは大事ですもんね。開店の段階で15人ほどの行列。開店は表記より10分ほど早まりました。カウンタ7席、テーブルに１０席あります。人数と組数によって変わっても1回転目に入らないとかなり待つことになるでしょう。
基本のカレーは1種。ご飯の量、トマト、肉の増量で価格が変わります。スパイスの増量・減量もオーダー時に言えば対応して頂けます。
ご飯の大盛、肉増しでオーダー。1100+100+200円。
一度に調理するのは4杯。2ロット目で入店から30分で提供されたので4杯で15分見当でしょうか。
土鍋に半熟卵、フレッシュのトマトが目をひきます。スパイスで炊かれたご飯の横には玉ねぎのピクルスが鎮座。
メニューの裏にお薦めの食べ方がありますしお店の方からも教えて頂けます。スパイスの使うタイミングまで教えてもらえるので初訪問でも安心です。
野菜などはグラインダーでペーストにしてあります。口に含むと旨味がドカンとやってきてスパイスが追ってきます。食感も良ければ味も深い。カレーというかシチューというか従来の概念には当て嵌まらない美味さです。
食べ進めて卵を崩して残ったご飯と玉ねぎを混ぜ、スパイスを入れた美味さはまた数段上がっている。もう1回並び直したくなるほど。
時間は掛かりますが、時間を掛ければ食べることができるのは幸運です。並ぶだけの価値はあります。
