今日は西大橋駅と四ツ橋駅の中間くらいの場所に
ある『地鶏と鶏だしおでん 鷹仁 堀江店』さんに
お邪魔しました(≧∇≦)b
朝引き地鶏『大山地鶏』の焼鳥や鶏だしおでんが
人気の居酒屋さんで飲み放題付コースも4,500円
〜あるようですね(⑅˘͈ ᵕ˘͈)
俺はビールしか飲まんかったけど
各地の珍しい焼酎や地酒なども結構ありました。
入ってすぐカウンターがあって
その奥には個室もありましたよー！

意外なところで四川鶏麻婆豆腐もあって
ランチでは専門店として営業されてるんやって！

3種類いただきましたがどれも鮮度抜群で
特に肝が最高に旨かった！肝とごま油塩って相性
良すぎるよな( ´∀｀ )b
ささみ、ももタタキはわさび醤油で♪(人´3`)⌒♡
◆おでん盛り合わせ
鶏だしがしっかり染みてどれもマジ旨やん
大根も旨みが凄くてナンボでも食べられそうやで＼(*>▽<)
◆焼き鳥
絶妙な火入れで塩加減もちょうど良かったし
どの部位もかなりレベルが高くてオススメฅ^ω^ฅ
◆蘭王つくね
ふんわりとした肉々しいつくねにトロ〜り卵黄が
最高ですわლ(´ڡ`ლ)
◆四川鶏麻婆豆腐
辛いのが苦手な方は調整もしてくれるみたいやし
麻婆豆腐好きなら食べてみる一品(๑´ڡ`๑)
そのままの辛さで注文したんやけど
個人的にはちょうどいい辛さでやわらかい豆腐に
唐辛子のキリッとした辛さがイケるで(๑•̀∀- )
◆焼きおに卵
醤油の香ばしくカリッと焼かれた焼きおにぎり
にはぷっくり濃厚な卵黄がまとわってめちゃ旨や(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
麻婆豆腐に入れて美味しそうやけど
何かもったいない気もするし揺れ動くよね〜(๑￫ܫ￩)
予想の上をいく料理のクオリティで
スゴく満足度が高かったです( ᵕ̤ૢᴗᵕ̤ૢ )
