友人に誘われて訪問。
しじみ炊き肉って何、、？と思っていたのですが、
SASAYAグループのお店ということで、期待して伺いました！
ホルモン鍋にしじみが入って、なおかつ、鍋のお出汁と、つけダレがむちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
ホルモンもむちゃくちゃ新鮮でした。
これは、シン大阪名物になってほしい！と思えるくらいです。
しじみのオルニチン効果？か、翌日も二日酔いにならず、また行きたいと思います！
