知り合いから教えてもらって、何度も行こうとしたけど予約が取れなかったお店。
席数が少ないから大勢だとなかなか難しいのが、
月曜の遅い時間だったからか当日予約で行けました。
初回なので味付けはスタンダードなものを選びました。
最初にごま油でレバーを焼いたのを頂いたあと、ホルモンと野菜をどどんっと投入。
ここで日本酒をドバっと入れるのがみそかな。
真ん中にしじみをドバっと入れてしばらく待つと野菜からの水分が出て
鍋や焼くというよりは、まさしく炊くって感じ。
甘ダレと酢タレ、2種類ありますが、私は酢タレに七味を入れたのがよかった。
ホルモンの臭みもなく、しじみもチマチマと身をださないといけないけど美味しい！
6名で3人前×２鍋、あっという間に平らげました。追加したいくらい。
でも遅めの時間だったので終電も気になり、締めの雑炊へ。
しじみエキスたっぷりの残り出汁にご飯とアオサ、バターをIN！
これがめちゃくちゃ美味しかった！
別鍋の３人は麺にしたのですが、雑炊を味見して「雑炊が正解や！」と言ってました。
これはクセになる味。また行きたいお店です。
