初めての叙々苑。
ランチを食べた後、ランチ時間を過ぎたのでアラカルトも注文。
ランチ（¥3500）は焼きエビ、カルビ、ロースのセットを注文。
カルビは霜降りと赤身のバランスが微妙で、決して不味くはないですが、とろける柔らかさはありません。ロースも同様にアンバランスで、こちらは霜降りがほとんどなく、スジが入っていたりと、正直「高いな」と印象でした。
その後のアラカルトでは「特選牛タン塩焼き」（¥6800）「ハラミ焼」（¥3500）を注文。
どちらも確かに美味しい。けれどもこの値段で出す理由はないかなといった感じです。
これより半額レベル、あるいはそれ以下で同等のおいしさのお肉は食べられます。おしぼりを開けた瞬間ゴミを回収してくれたりと、接客の点で高評価です。
どこの牛を使っているのだろうと公式HPを確認すると、どうやら叙々苑では津々浦々、ブランドにこだわらず全国の牛を使用しているとのことで、つまるところ、訪問する場所や日によりお肉の質も変わるのかなと。そんなに頻繁に通えるお店でもないので、リピートはなしです。
有名なお店なので、一度経験としていく分には価値ありですが、過度な期待は禁物だと思います。
