例によって遅がけOK※なランチを探していて、発見。
東心斎橋にある、牛吟 てつろくさん。
※14時までにお店に入れば大丈夫、とのことでした。
焼肉屋さんなのでお昼から焼肉、までなら今や当たり前。だけど、
牛タン煮込み定食はなかなか見ない。しかも、ランチで。ということで早速、伺いました。
そこで出てきたのはタンだけではなくナムルやキムチなど多様な副菜が５種類も盛られた
プレート。煮込み＝シチュー的にどーんと来るのもいいけどこのバランスのよさ、ランチ
として理想の内容だわーと食べる前からもう高得点を出したところでいざ、頂いてみると、
…甘い。え、これ、甘いんだけど。と一口めで停止するほどこってり甘すぎてせっかくの
タンがよくわからないことになってしまっています。ご飯に乗せて一緒に食べたとしても
紛れてくれない甘さは苦しい。おまけにきくらげのナムルまで甘く、逃げ場もありません。
これはもう、こちらの味付け自体がきっと甘いんでしょうね。
残念ながら、私の口には合いませんでした。メニューの発想、構成は好みだったのですが。
…あくまでランチの煮込みの評価で焼肉はまた別の話ですが、タレが甘すぎても困るかも。
