友人がお薦めしていた
東心斎橋の三休橋近くの
星空キッチンnovaに訪問。
ここは安藤忠雄建築の物件という事で
天井が高く、かなりの解放感だ。
雰囲気はとても◎。
1階の長いカウンターは15席ぐらいだろうか、
オープンキッチンなのでライブ感のあるのも良い。
雰囲気はおしゃれなダイニングバーだったので
正直、料理はあまり期待していなかったのだが、
これが意外に旨い。
イタリアンで修行をされていた
若めのシェフが調理してくれた
ボロネーゼパスタがトマトソースとミートの味わいも
かなりしっかりしていて驚き。
創作イタリアンという事なので、
本格的だ！というよりは
面白くカジュアルでリーズナブルに
イタリアンを楽しめた。
一番素晴らしかったのは
従業員の接客。
適度な距離感でお客さんに対して
しっかりと気遣いと心遣いのあるお店で、
初来店だったのにも関わらず
なぜだか常連店のような居心地の良さを感じた。
欠点をあげるのであれば、
カウンター入り口側の席は
お客さんの出入りがあるのでどうしても少し寒い。笑
これだけはどうしようもないこととは思うのだが…。
友人と3人で利用して
ワインと食事もしっかり堪能して
1人4000円ちょいなのでコスパも悪くない。
2階席は全て個室とのことなので
団体の時に次はこちらも利用してみたい。
吹き抜けのような天井の高い空間も
非常に良かったので店内写真も撮影したかったのだが、
平日にも関わらず、満席だったので撮影できず。
朝までやっているとのことで
かなり使い勝手の良い店なので
ミナミで飲み歩いている私にとっては
間違いなくリピ確。
