西大橋にあるビストロスリールさんへ。

外観はガラス張りでスタイリッシュ。
笑顔のスタッフさんが、爽やかに席に案内して下さいます。
店内も、光が入って明るく開放的～
ゆるいコの字型カウンター10席に、
ガラス扉で仕切られた奥には、4名用テーブル席が2卓。
テラス席もあるので、ワンちゃんと一緒にお食事できます。
平日の12時前にお邪魔すると
テーブル席はもちろん、カウンター席もほぼ満席の人気。
女性が圧倒的に多いですが男性の姿も。
カウンターは1席ずつアクリルの仕切りが。
目の前はセミオープンのキッチンで、次々にお料理が仕上がっていきます。
ランチは月曜～土曜、11:30～L.O.14:00

ふんわり柔らかいレタスをメインに
紅芯大根やコリンキー（生食できる南瓜）が彩り鮮やか。
甘酸っぱいドレッシングでサッパリ。
■スープ（月替わり）
6月からは冷たい玉ねぎのスープ。
ひんやりサラリとなめらかなスープは
玉ねぎの深いコクと旨味が広がるビストロらしい仕上がり。
やっぱりスープが美味しいと幸せ～
スープの途中で、もうパスタとパンが。
平日だからか、かなりスピーディーな提供でビックリ。
■スパイス効かせた豚ミンチと茄子のトマトパスタ
湯気が上がる熱々のトマトパスタ。
仕上げの黒胡椒やパセリがいい香り～
豚ミンチは軽く焼き付けているのか
ハンバーグを砕いたような、ゴロッとした肉感と香ばしさ。
ほんのりカレーぽい香りで食欲がアップ♪
クミン？と思いきや、お聞きするとガラムマサラなどいくつかのスパイスを使うそう。
コクのあるトマトソースも風味良く、豚ミンチの旨味が溶け込むいい味わい。
やや細めのパスタにソースがからむ～
薄切りの茄子も柔らかくジューシー。
想像以上に具沢山で食べ応えもなかなか。
■自家製フォカッチャ
粉の風味が豊かなフォカッチャは
クラスト（パンの表皮）はパリッと薄く、生地はふわっふわで優しい口溶け。
お店で粉から挽いて手作りするそう！
スープが本格的で美味しかったけど
個人的にはサラダ＆スープより、少しでも前菜がある方が満足度が高いかな～
まあ、こちらはビストロですしね。
パスタのメニューもけっこう個性的で
お店のインスタで随時、パスタメニューを更新して下さるのが有り難いです。
（週替わり？最近は2週間に1回変更？）
