換気があまり良く無いので焼き肉独特の匂いは付きます。 |
目の前で、お肉を捌いて、切りたてのお肉を出してくれます❗️一部位に対して、1人2枚ぐらいでした。
その中でも、タンはジューシーで甘みと旨みがありとても美味です。また、基本タレ意外にもニンニク醤油や生コショウなど肉の部位に合わせた調味料も用意してくれて肉の味が引き立ちます。
