肉寿司が好きで色々なお店で食べているけど、2枚目のジュレのようなタレと卵をかき混ぜて食べるこの大判すき焼き炙り寿司が旨すぎて今年一番感動した。
目の前でバーナーで炙ってくれるのであまり食べたことがない人は目でも楽しめます。
ただ、1枚目の肉寿司盛り合わせの方が思ったより普通で、シャリも米が固まっていたので少し残念。
