お昼の贅沢メニュー「特選和牛の肉まぶし」をいただきました。店内は品あるモダンで大人な雰囲気。
板前さんこだわりの低温調理した米沢牛がメインで
季節のつきだし、この日はフグの皮と梅肉あえでした。
ボリュームいっぱいお肉が柔らかく甘くとろけました。
あわせて大きなおひつで備長炭と炊いたコシヒカリに
お肉や具材トッピングしお茶漬けにするとまた絶妙に合いました。美味しかったです。
