本日のランチを頂きました。
まずは、前菜。さわらの上に宝石のようにキラキラした色とりどりのお野菜が乗っていたり、レタスの彩りも考えられていて、きれいなお皿でした。
もちろんおいしくて、くせのあるトリッパも粉チーズがちょうどいい食感と味わいになっていました。
パスタを待っている間に、セットドリンクが来ました。そして、パスタ登場。めちゃ熱々の状態でご提供いただけました。ホントに熱ーい、スゴい！
ベーコンは噛めば噛むほど味が出て美味しくて、ホワイトアスパラもたくさん入っていて満足です。自家製麺のパスタは、もっちり感が最高でした。
店内は、カウンターが８席くらいだったかな。そして、２人テーブルが４つと、６人位のテーブルひとつありました。スタッフさんはちゃんと全体を見られているし動きがよくて、どんどん入ってくるお客さまを気持ちよく上手に回しておられました。

ゴールデンウィーク中のお昼開店直後は写真のように空いていました。お客さんは私たち含めて二組です。前回のフル回転の忙しさと比べて、のんびりムードが漂っていました。平日より土日祝のほうがゆっくりできそうです。
今回も本日のランチにしました。
パスタは豚モモとタマネギのアラビアータとグリーンアスパラのカルボナーラです。前回美味しかったので、どちらも自家製麺のものを頼みました。
が、今回はアラビアータの麺が｢え？｣と驚くほど固かったです。ソースの味とか味わえない位かたい、、固すぎる、、。カルボナーラのほうは｢固いけど、これなら他でもたまーにあるくらいの固さかな？でも固くて、前食べたときの、あのもっちり感が全然ないね。｣と今回は残念でした。
