I wanted to have a quick Standing bar, but it was so cold that I didn't want to go all the way to Namba, so I looked for a restaurant near my hotel in Shinsaibashi and came here. I'm happy to say that this place has a wide variety of sake. The first drink is Houou Mita Junmai Daiginjo. For a light meal, try fried Genkotsu Tsukiage (red ginger) and crab miso. Enjoy the juicy Houou Mita while snacking on plenty of crab miso. The Dodgers' opening series was being broadcast on TV. There is seating in the back, and a group of young people is having a lively time. Genkotsu Tsukakiage is really the size of a fist. It's hard to eat as is, so loosen it up and serve with Tentsuyu. I learned about pickled ginger Tempura in Osaka, and it goes surprisingly well with oil and has a strong flavor, so it's great for eating. This is one of the things I look forward to when visiting Osaka, as I rarely see them in Tokyo. I had extra snacks, so I added Hiroki's special junmai. They have some really good sake. It's reasonably priced and has a wide variety of snacks, so I think it's a convenient restaurant when you want to eat and drink.
