連れが大好きでハマってる焼肉が大阪市此花区にある宗寿苑なんですわ。
下町の大衆焼肉で、美味すぎて安すぎるらしいですわ。
ちなみに俺は行った事ないですわ。
その宗寿苑の2号店ができたとのことで、この宗寿苑HANAREに誘われて来たんですわ。
開店して間もないので、店もかなり綺麗で新店の匂いで心地よかったですわ。
2F席への案内でしたわ。
1Fの席もキッチンが見えて、ええ感じでしたわ。
スタッフもまだ慣れてない感じでしたわ。
ただ一生懸命さが伝わってきて、心地よかったですわ。
生もんも新鮮で美味かったですわ。
ツラミ刺しは、歯ごたえもあり、噛むほど肉の旨味が溢れましたわ。
塩レバーも新鮮でうまいですわ。
上ハラミもうまかったですわ。
連れは、本店よりかなり価格が高いと言ってましたわ。
まぁ新店で、いい場所にあるんで仕方ないですわ。
この先、この店がどうなっていくか楽しみですわ。
また1年後とかに来てみようと思いますわ。
