注文したのは
生センマイ
炙り塩レバー
ツラミ刺し
タン盛り（黒タン厚切り、ネギ付き上タン、タンスジ）
上ハラミ

ドリンク2～3杯ずつ
〆2名で約13,000円
生センは鮮度良く瑞々しさはありましたが旨味はもう一つでした。
ツラミ刺しは生ハムのような食感でネギをたっぷり巻いて食べるとさっぱりした味で美味しかったです。
レバーはグニっとした弾力のある食感が良かったです。
タン盛りの中ではネギを乗せて食べる上タンが一番良かった印象です。
上ハラミは本店を彷彿させるパワー系の旨味で食べ応えありました。
マルシンは意外とアッサリし過ぎていて普通のモモ肉でした。
店内は3階建てになっていて個室もあるので接待とかにも使えそうです。
