Food The soup stock uses kelp from [Oguraya Yamamoto]. Enjoy aromatic Japanese-style meal
For our soup stock, we use true kelp from Hokkaido, which is handled by the kelp specialty store [Oguraya Yamamoto], and honkarebushi from Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture. The signature dish, ``Special Dashi Rolled Tamago,'' is a very popular dish that uses so much dashi soup that it oozes out onto the plate! Other recommended dishes include ``Konbujime,'' which is made by sandwiching seasonal fresh fish between pieces of kelp and leaving it in a vacuum state to infuse the flavor for two days, and ``Tori-ten,'' which is refreshingly flavored with tempura soup made from kelp first stock or kelp salt and sudachi◎Monthly order. Don't miss out on the monthly dishes we offer.

We offer four types of lunch gozen, including the recommended ``Dashidokoro Gozen'' where you can enjoy both kombujime and chicken tempura. All items come with exquisite chazuke soup stock, and you can enjoy the finest cup of kelp made with kelp from the long-established kelp manufacturer Oguraya Yamamoto. In the evening, we offer not only a la carte, but also an `` selection course'' consisting of seasonal Small dish and the popular dashi rolled egg. We accept changes to suit your budget starting from 5,500 yen, so please feel free to contact us!

The sake we purchase through a liquor store specializing in Japanese sake is all famous sake from all over the country that we have personally sampled and carefully selected. We have over 10 types, mainly ones with a sharp taste that won't interfere with your meal. We also boast a rich menu that has been expanded upon customer requests, including beer, whiskey, sour, fruit liquor, and shochu.◎Our original ``Konbu Shochu,'' made by soaking kelp in shochu for over two months, has a flavor similar to that of dashi stock. This is a popular drink.

Our store is located quietly in a back alley, 5 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi Station or Yotsubashi Station. You can relax in a calm atmosphere in a Japanese-style space unified with chic colors.
