お得に美味しいお肉が食べられるランチがあると聞き、何度かトライしましたが毎回待たないといけなくて、ずっと行けませんでした。
今回たまたま席に空きがあり、運良く入れました。
お店は地下にあり、扉には鍵がかかっています。店員さんが確認し、席の用意ができ次第順番に呼ばれます。席に空きがありましたが、お店に入るまでに5分ぐらいかかりました。
店内は結構暗く、落ち着いた雰囲気です。夜がメインなのが雰囲気でわかります。
ランチの肉重は何種類かあります。今回は沖縄県産牛のもも肉のお重にしました。お重の他、その時のタイミングによって締めのカレーなどもあるようです。
席に着いて少ししてから到着。めっちゃ豪華♡
では、いただきます。
お肉はとっても柔らかいながらも適度な弾力があり、絶妙な食感！噛むごとにお肉の旨味がじゅわ〜っと口の中に溢れ出します。きちんとトリミングされていてスジもなく、噛むと旨味と共にすーっととろけるような感覚も素晴らしいですね！お肉そのものの質がとても良いのが、一口食べただけでわかります。
タレは甘辛風味で、お出汁の旨味もしっかり感じられます。旨味はしっかりありますが、濃すぎずお肉そのものの味を引き立てています。
最初はそのまま食べ、途中からひつまぶしのように出汁をかけて食べると味が変わって、変化が楽しめます。ただ、お肉とタレの相性が本当に良いので、個人的にはそのままいたたくのがオススメです。
あっという間に食べきってしまう程美味しいです。胃もたれしないお肉という謳い文句で、最初は疑心暗鬼でしたが、実際食べてみて驚くほど胃もたれしませんでした。元々お肉は好きだけど体にあまり合わないのかすぐに胃もたれしてあまり量を食べられない体質だが、そんな私でも全くしんどさがなかったのは驚きです。
多分これまで食べたお肉で一番胃もたれしなかったかも。
毎日並んでいる程の人気店なのでタイミング良く入るのは難しいですが、是非ともまた食べたい肉重です。
