Starting with the sashimi, the grilled kinki was absolutely delicious. Also, the bluefin tuna had a good amount of fat. Grilled eel from Kagoshima. Nicely grilled, crispy and fluffy. I was curious about how Tempura is Tempura, so I tried Sayori's Tempura. Thick paprika and shishito peppers came as garnishes. Steamed clams from Chiba are excellent. It's very admirable.
