A cozy Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) [charcoal-grilled yakitori and Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) Fukudaya] that is loved by locals. You can enjoy a variety of chicken dishes using fresh chicken pul |
Today, my son and I decided to visit this store that we were visiting as a BM on the way back from Universal Studios. I sat down at the table I was shown to and ordered a ``Highball (Kakubin)'' (520 yen), followed by several other dishes. ♦︎Three kinds of chicken fillet (980 yen) 《Chicken fillet》 The meat is sticky and has a rich flavor, and the grilled meat has a fragrant aroma that allows you to enjoy a different taste. [Breast] The meat is moist and fresh, and although it is light, it has a strong flavor, and the wasabi and soy sauce go well together. [Liver] It has no odor at all, has a smooth texture, and the aroma of sesame oil and salty taste bring out the richness and flavor. [Yakitori] ♦︎Zuri (180 yen) It has a crunchy texture, no odor, and just the right amount of salt. When you sprinkle lemon on it, the aroma and sourness go well together, making it refreshing. ♦︎Momo (220 yen) A classic yakitori where you can enjoy the plump and firm meat, the aroma of the sauce and fat, and the juiciness typical of chicken thighs. ♦︎ Pork Belly (220 yen) The meat is elastic, seasoned with salt, well-cooked, and has a nice aroma of grilled marks and a good balance between fat and meat. ♦︎ Liver (180 yen) The liver is perfectly grilled, has no odor, and has a sticky, rich flavor that goes well with the sweet and salty sauce and mustard. ♦︎Fried chicken (600 yen) Crisply fried and juicy on the inside, the chicken has a lot of flavor, making it perfect as a snack with alcohol or as a side dish with rice. ♦︎Chicken Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) (1,180 yen) Plenty of chicken thigh meat is used, and the rice is flavored well, and the charred flavor goes well with the white onions. The yakitori, sashimi, and Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) were all reasonably priced and delicious, but my son, who went with me, seemed to particularly like the sand zuri, thigh, and pork belly, so he ordered more.
