寒くなってきたので鍋食べたいなということで、この日は心斎橋にある「すみとすし 典ビン」さんへ
普段は肉寿司とかを提供されてるみたいなんですが、お目当てはこの冬限定メニューの「牛タンしゃぶしゃぶ」
こちら、しゃぶしゃぶの出汁は何とカニ！
牛タンのしゃぶしゃぶってたまに食べることあるけど、カニ出汁は初めて
どんなんなのと出てきた具材見てビックリめちゃ豪華(２人で行ってたので２人分です)
牛タンだけでなく、普通にカニも入ってるし
ということで早速牛タンをしゃぶしゃぶして食べてみるとウマっっっ！！！
牛タンもさることながら、濃厚なカニ出汁も加わって何じゃこの食べ物はと驚きの味
これはたまらんと次々にしゃぶしゃぶ
そのままお出汁で食べてもよし、ポン酢で食べてもよし
カニや野菜もたっぷり頂いてこの時点で大満足ですが、何と言っても楽しみなのは〆
さぬきうどんか雑炊か選べてカニ雑炊に
更にはカニ味噌もプラスできるということで、そちらもどっさり入れて超濃厚なカニ雑炊が完成✨
これがもうヤバいくらい美味しかった
めっちゃカニ！！
これは食べる価値ありあり
更にはこんな豪華なのに、お値段が"1人前3,480円"と超お値打ち価格だったのも驚き(カニ味噌入れるとプラス420円)
ただし、食べれるのは３月末日までとなってますので、食べたい方は今のうちに
あと、通常メニューのウニとろ巻きも食べたんですが、何気にこちらも凄いのでてきたw(10枚目)
