以前は豚美さんがあったはずの場所に新たにオープンしたとんかつ、豚しゃぶのお店
「樋ぞの」さん
店内は以前のお店のまま居抜きなのだろうか。
カウンターとテーブル席、奥には中庭が見えます。
ランチは男性オーナーさんと女性のホールの方。
次第にお客さんがカウンターへ座っていきますが、なんとなく近所のタワーマンションのハイソな方々の様に見受けられます。
こちらのおススメは「TOKYO X上ロースとんかつ150g」2640円らしいのですが、今日は無いみたいで

しばらく待ちます。
んで、ご飯とキャベツと赤出しっぽい豚汁。
そしてメインのとんかつが着皿。
ご飯とキャベツはおかわり出来ました。お味噌汁は分からんなぁ〜
それにしても上品な色合いのとんかつ。
衣は薄くパリっと、お肉は熱いけどしっとり。
自家製であろうフルーティーなとんかつソースとの相性は抜群。
前歯の温度で溶け切れていくお肉。
これはこの値段払ってみる価値ありです。
150g食べ終わってもまだ食べれるほど胃に重くない。
また再訪したいお店です♫
