オープンした直後以来の訪問。
以前はチキンカツがあった気がするのだけど、メニューから消えていた…。チキンカツ目的だったので、メニューを再度選ぶ。
目についたレディースカツ丼をオーダー。
カウンター席、揚げ場の目の前だったので、店主の丁寧な仕事ぶりを拝見しつつ待つ。
店の大きさはそこそこあるのだが、店員は店主と女性の2名のため、基本的に待ち時間が長い。ビジネス客も相応にいるのだが、この点は訪問する側が妥協するしかない。
美味しいランチを食べるために（笑）。
なお、店内は携帯の電波状況が今ひとつだが、Wi-Fiが開放されているのはありがたいし、気が利いている。
この日の待ち時間は約25分。
レディースカツ丼のため、肉の量が定食用より若干少ないためか？前にオーダーしていたサラリーマンより早めの提供でした。
さて、小さめの丼に盛られたカツ丼、サラダ、豚汁がセット。
小さめの丼だが、カツ丼の厚みはなかなかのもの！まずは、カツを一切れいただいた。
やや甘めの出汁を衣に軽く纏っているが、まだサクッという食感を楽しめる。なにより肉が分厚いのに噛み切れる！そして、肉はほんのり甘い。
ブランド豚ではないが、これでも十分だな〜なんて思いつつ、ご飯を添えられたスプーンでいただく。
いわゆる、「つゆだくだく」状態。
これは好みが分かれる気がする。ただ、ご飯が若干硬めの食感で炊かれていたので、私はいけました。
シャッキリ食感の残る玉ねぎと、とろとろ半熟の卵が好みでした。
添えられている豚汁は具がたっぷり！豚肉に負けない量の根菜類、優しい味。添えられた七味をかけるとパンチ力あり。
七味はやまつ辻田さんの品でした。
サラダはちょうど良い箸休め。あっさりとしたドレッシングでいただきました。
そして香の物。
カツ丼は通常量の半量だと思います。
肉の量は80gはないか…70gくらいはあるのかな？通常量がわからないので、概算ですが…。
女性だと十分な量かな？あと、お試しでいただくには十分すぎるコスパ。
通常の豚カツ定食も食べに行きたいな…と再訪を決めました。
