新町にある銘柄豚とんかつのお店、とんかつ 豚しゃぶ 樋ぞのさん。
店内は落ち着いた和食屋さんの雰囲気です。
カウンターとテーブル席があり、奥に中庭の様な景色が見えます。
店主とホールは女性のスタッフさん。
とても愛想良くホールサービスをこなされておりました。
ランチタイムという事もあり8割程度お席は埋まっております。
こちらはブランド豚の「TOKYO X」の上ロースとんかつが売りなのでしょうか。
メニューは写真をご覧下さい。（ただし、日によって仕入れ豚の銘柄は変わる様です）
本日はTOKYO Xが品薄の為、鹿児島県 南州ポーク 上ロースとんかつ2310円を注文致しました。
ロースとんかつは150g。
丁度良い大きさです。
18分程でサーブされました。
低温調理なのか、20分を超える場合もあるとメニューに書いていました。
ご飯はおかわり自由です。
お味噌汁は豚汁で、ごぼう、大根、人参、お肉などの具沢山豚汁です。
また、キャベツの千切り、自家製のお漬物も付いています。
とんかつは、惜しみなく継ぎ足されるパン粉でサクサクふわふわに揚げされた上レアロースカツ。
赤身の部分もしっかり低温火入れがされており、生肉感は有りません。
自家製のとんかつソースもとても美味しく、ロース肉の脂が上質で全く胃もたれしません。
外国人の方も来られる名店なのでしょう。
