4月にオープンされたばかりの隠れ家焼き鳥屋さん。
実は吾一さんで修行された方のお店なんです。
場所は西心斎橋の路地裏。少しわかりにくいです。
西心斎橋ってあんまりないから珍しいです。
お料理は12,000円のコースのみです。
・福島県伊達鶏のねぎま
・三重県熊の地鶏のたたき
・フルーツトマト
・つくね
・玉紐
・熊本県の赤茄子
・ささみの梅しそ焼き
・手羽先2種(天草大王と熊の地鶏)
・北海道のアスパラ
・熊の地鶏の胸肉
・ずりはし
・鴨水
・燻製そぼろご飯、白ご飯
・鶏の炭火焼
値段の割に量が少ないかなーと思っていましたが、
最後の〆のご飯でかなりお腹いっぱいに。
鶏もブランド鶏を使っており、めちゃくちゃ
ジューシーで美味しかったです。
ずっとお肉ばかりではなく、野菜も間にあり、
飽きずに食べることができました。
最後の燻製そぼろご飯もめちゃくちゃ美味しい！
今まで食べたことがない味？でした。
お店の雰囲気もよく、大満足でした。
予約困難店になる前にまた行かないとです！
