I finally came here after being told about it by the owner of a certain Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant around summer.I made a reservation in advance and visited around 8pm on a weekday. The inside of the restaurant is on the second and third floors of a detached house, and there seemed to be regular customers at the counter. There were people, but it didn't feel crowded. What I ordered: Extremely grilled liver, red and white grilled (thinly sliced tongue and mino), upper tongue, upper skirt steak, turtle mushrooms, 2 drinks each, and the final meal was about 13,000 yen for 2 people. The upper tongue is soft and has a hint of garlic, so it's the kind of thing that goes well with eating. I get the impression that the garlic was stronger because it was thinner. The grilled liver was sweet and delicious, and the top skirt steak was voluminous and well seasoned. The turtle mushrooms were a little hard, but they were light and had plenty of flavor. You can enjoy the red and white grilled meat in a variety of ways, but the best way to eat it was to lightly grill both the tongue and mino and eat it a little rare. In terms of quantity, this one had the most volume. The final dish, Akasen, had a salty taste with a slight garlic taste, and this seasoning was also good. I want to go back to eat just the red and white grilled meat!
