ジャパニーズウイスキーの聖地「養父蒸溜所」が手掛けるこちらのお店では
季節感溢れる創作フレンチと選びぬかれた究極のウイスキーとの豪華なペアリングを楽しめます。

フリードリンクまでついた豪華なコース。
今回はお料理に合わせてソムリエの方に
ウイスキーペアリングをお願いしました。
お料理は蒸溜所のある但馬地方の食材が中心で
特に八鹿豚のタコス、
但馬鴨のステーキ、
但馬鴨白湯ラーメンが個人的にはお気に入り。
飲み放題メニューもめちゃめちゃ豊富で
こだわり抜かれたウイスキーだけで約10種類と、
ウイスキー好きには天国のような飲み放題メニュー。
ワインやシャンパン、ビールも選べて
ノンアルカクテルも豊富なので飲まない方も十分に楽しめます。
コースの最後に
2026年9月～販売開始予定の新ジャパニーズウイスキーの樽出しニューボーンの試飲もさせていただき
大満足のコース内容。
養父蒸溜所をイメージした店内もめちゃめちゃお洒落。
