兵庫県養父市に2023年に誕生した、
養父蒸溜所
が営む創作料理レストラン。
養父蒸溜所をモチーフにした上質空間で頂く、
洗練されたお料理と、ワインや自社ウイスキーをはじめソムリエ厳選の幅広い取り揃えのドリンクが最高
今回頂いた¥15,800のコースは、
なんとアルコールを含むフリーフロー付き。
フリーフローは自身で選んでもよし、
ソムリエさんのおすすめを頂くのもよし
せっかくなのでソムリエさんのペアリングで楽しみました。
料理長は、
有名ホテルやケンゾーエステートで研鑽された方で、
色彩も美しいお料理がめちゃくちゃ美味しかった☺️
調理風景もライブ感があって楽しめます。
最後にラーメンが出てくるのが意外ですが、
これめちゃ好き
ソムリエさんのペアリングもまた絶妙
一緒に伺った母はノンアルのペアリングで頂いたのですが、もめちゃくちゃよくて喜んでいました
私も少しノンアルドリンクも頂いたのですがクオリティが高い！
ノンアルの方も楽しめますよ
アルコール派だけど、ノンアルペアリングでもお料理を楽しんでみたいと思うくらい✨✨
