This is the long-awaited new Sushi restaurant in Yotsubashi Kitahorie. It opened on December 1st after the old Ishitsu-san. What was delicious that day was the steamed abalone. Liver sauce: I like the way it doesn't add too much sweetness! It's a Sushi that I wanted to visit again (^_-)-☆ I finally was able to visit it again. 2 people at the counter *There is only a counter, but they came in at 6pm and left at 7:40pm. It was quick because I ate it right away lol. The Sushi was very delicious that day too. At the end, I took home two futomaki rolls. Apparently they served ehomaki at Isetan in Kyoto. I brought my research back home and ate it with my family, and it was also super delicious (^_-)-☆ As expected, it had a lot of ingredients, the flavors were well-balanced, and it remained delicious even after a while, so hats off to you (^ ^♪ Seaweed and soy sauce is delicious. I think this is delicious every time. The boiled octopus is also very delicious in large quantities. It's a simple seasoning, but if you eat it when you have octopus with kids, it's super delicious (^_-) - ☆ Divine timing. The red bean liver is also specially ordered. It's delicious. It seems like they pursued a new flavor instead of Narazuke.
