心斎橋、焼肉楓✨
心斎橋ホテル日航の裏にある焼肉屋さん。昨年末にオープンされた新しいお店です。鹿児島黒牛等の国産牛を扱っておられます
注文したのは

楓コースはその日の極上の和牛を厳選した楓オリジナルコースで、その日によって出てくるものが変わるとのこと。訪問日は以下でした。

⚫︎肉盛り合わせ
上タン、上ロース、上ハラミ、上カルビは同じプレートに乗せられて提供されます。写真に写っているのは1人前で今回は2人でコースを注文したので2皿出てきました。目の前にある鉄板でそれぞれ好きに焼いて食べることができるので、セパレートで提供されるのは非常にありがたかったです❗️
肉はどれもおいしかったですが、やはり個人的には上タンがMVP。レモンと一緒に美味しくいただきました。その他のお肉も肉質は良く、肉の味を堪能できました。
⚫︎宝箱
宝箱の中にお肉が入っています。最初ドライアイスの煙の演出か何かかと思いましたが、箱の中に箱が入ってるという面白いネタ的な演出。お肉は上ハラミと上ロース。こちらもタレや塩ワサビで美味しく頂きました✨
⚫︎焼きすき
アラカルトで追加注文した品。ライスと卵が一緒に提供されます。鉄板でさっと炙ってオンザライス。卵黄も乗せて完成！そのままでも十分美味しいですが、ご飯と一緒に食べると美味しさ倍増でした
お店の方に話を聞くとコースは人数分の注文がマストではなく、１人だけ注文してアラカルトといった使い方もオッケーとのこと。他の品も色々と食べたい場合は一人のみコースといった利用も良いかと思います❗️
