堺筋沿いにある福龍。
カトラリーはシンプル。
水はセルフ。
何故この店に来たかと言うと、この店の店主が日本の四川料理の元祖と言われる陳建民の弟子だから。NHKの今日の料理で麻婆豆腐の作り方を披露する店主。
そしてこれが陳建民直伝と言われる麻婆豆腐。

もちろん美味い。
意外にも辛さは抑えめ。
ゆえに麻婆豆腐/蟹チャーハン比を上げる事が出来る。
麻婆豆腐の旨味がチャーハンによく絡み、えも言えぬ美味しさ。
美味い美味い。
スプーンが止まらず。
あっという間に完食。
肉リッチな麻婆豆腐程のインパクトは無いが、かなり美味しい麻婆炒飯。陳建民が日本人に受け入れやすいように作った麻婆豆腐はチャーハンにも合う。
