ちょい辛、激うまです。
チョンラド出身のオモニが作る料理も、店内の雰囲気も、本場の家庭を感じさせる温かなもの。オモニとのおしゃべりもほんとに楽しいほんわかムードとゆったりした座敷は界隈では稀少。料理は韓国直送の野菜や香辛料を使っているので、旨みと辛みが後からじわじわ効いてくる。豚ボサムは3時間煮込んだ豚肉は脂分がほどよく残っているのに淡白。日本ではあまり見たことのない野菜に蒸し豚、キムチなどを包んでいただきます。ブデ鍋は |
細い路地を少し入ったところに店舗があるので少しわかりにくいですが、大きな通りと店の前にある黄色い看板を目印にしてください。店内に入ると１階はカウンターと座敷、今回は２０人ほどで利用したため、細く、急な階段を上った２階に案内されました。
最初は色とりどりのキムチとナムルがずらり。すぐにサクサクとした食感のチヂミとボリュームたっぷりのチャプチェが運ばれてきました。名前は忘れましたが、茹でた豚肉を水キムチやサンチュ、ごまの葉などで巻いて食べる料理では見た事もない葉がたくさんあり、仙人の葉と説明を受けたものをはじめ、聞いたことのないものばかり、いろいろな食べ方ができて楽しかったです。
締めの鍋は海鮮をはじめ、テーブルごとに違った鍋を食べる事ができ、テーブルごとに鍋の形や食器の形が微妙に違っているのも逆に家庭的な雰囲気を醸しだしていて、とても満足なお店でした。
