ジビエとかに惹かれてしまう私がテレビでみかけ、
ぜひ行きたい！と思い来店。
このお店、ジビエが食べられるだけでなく、
牛正という名前なのに”牛”がないという変わったお店。
熊の鍋を食べましたが、
脂身が多くこってり系と思いましたが、
口の中ではあっさりとしていて脂身の甘みが絶妙に残るお肉でした。
たまにはこういうものを食べて、
改めて命の意感謝しつつ、新たな境地を開くのもいいですね～
