I wanted to try some Local Cuisine, so I researched and visited. I ordered Kyushu's Local Cuisine, Yase Uma Dumpling Soup.The dashi soup is made with miso, and I first put vegetables, seafood, chicken, and chicken dumplings in it, and then I finished with the Yase Uma Dumpling soup, which is similar to udon. When I ate it, it tasted just like the picture I expected. It feels like a common people's hot pot. Honestly, I think it would be better to eat it with udon... The gorokke and fish cakes were delicious. I think it's a good restaurant for Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), as it also has Kyushu obanzai.
