(adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});コロナウィルス緊急事態宣言が大阪解除になったタイミングを見計らって、東心斎橋にある紅爐餐廳（ホンルーサンテン）に行ってきました。お店の名前が書けないし、読めないし、読めても覚えられないので、どんなヘンコな親父がやっているのかと思っていたら、店主さんはすごく柔らかい感じで、日本語が流暢な台湾出身の方でした。思わず話し込んでしまいました。

これは、エビの台湾風醤油蒸しです。さっぱりした味で日本人好みの醤油味です。

春巻きも食べてみました。これもさっぱりしていて日本人向き。

お店の人が料理してくれます。みていると、最初に玉ねぎと豚肉を炒めるようです。その後、白菜と魚介類を入れて、スープを注いで煮るようです。
なんか火鍋と聞くと、四川料理の辛い火鍋を連想しますが、全然辛くなくて、日本の鍋料理に近い味です。生卵をつけて食べるようです。すき焼きみたいです。でも、すき焼きと違って、火鍋のスープを飲んでも美味しいです。
鍋をひと通り味わったら、締めは麺です。スープを味わうことができます。
