平日の12時前に訪問。
そのまま席に案内され、他には7名の客入りでした。
こちらは安定のアルショングループです。
店内は各種テーブル席で22席ほど。また、アルショングループらしい洋風な内装でした。
今回は「白桃のコンポートと懐かしプリンのパルフェ デセールセット 1700円」を注文。
待つこと9分ほどで提供されました。
薔薇を刺した特徴的なビジュアル。
プリン、桃のコンポート、生クリーム、ハーブティーのジュレ、カスタード、シュトロイゼルで構成されています。
プリンはクラシックながら非常に美味しく、正に主役の働き。また、桃のコンポートも桃自体の風味がしっかりしており、プリンとの2枚看板ですね。
ハーブティーのジュレは全体のバランサーの役割を果たし、底のシュトロイゼルが食感にアクセントを与えていると思います。
見た目だけでなく、味わいも華やかなパルフェだった思います。
ボリュームもしっかりあり、満足度が高いのではないでしょうか。
