スリランカ・ウバ地方の原産茶。上品な味わいとランのような高貴な香り、爽やかな渋みが特徴です。

アールグレイのムースとオレンジのマリアージュ
ニルギリ¥780
南インド・ニルギリの紅茶。おだやかな風味で味わいはまろやか。
渋みは控えめで飲みやすいお茶です。

オペラはコーヒー感が強くまさに大人の為のチョコレートケーキといった感じ。
フォークとナイフで食べるんだけど、これがなかなか難しい。バラバラになってしまわないよう工夫が必要。
アールグレイはムースの部分だけ、底のオレンジも一緒にと2回楽しめる。
ムースだけ食べるとアールグレイ感が強く、オレンジと共に食べるとさっぱりしてまた別人のようになる。
