This is a great value course that includes Taiwanese Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) can-drink. ▫️Small Small dish 's famous vinegar offal ▫️Today's dish ▫️Hakata Teppanyaki Gyoza / Dumpling ▫️Taiwanese Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) hotpot▫️Finish with Champon You can choose the spiciness of the Taiwanese Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) from 0 to 4. I ordered level 3 of the spiciness level from 0 to 4. It's not just spicy, but the umami of the giblets and vegetables melts into the soup, and within the spiciness you can also feel the flavor and richness of the soup, mince, and giblets. The giblets are plump and large. Deluxe and hearty with plenty of vegetables. To end your meal, you can choose from udon, Champon, or ojiya, and the chewy, thick udon goes perfectly with the spicy soup. Hakata Teppanyaki Gyoza / Dumpling is a small, bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling with your choice of Gyoza / Dumpling sauce and yuzu pepper. Vinegar giblets are a dish where you can eat thick giblets with vinegar. The special dish of the day was the tataki local chicken. The pale pink cross section emphasizes freshness. The wide variety of all-you-can-drink options are also attractive, including beer, chuhai, and makgeolli. A luxurious entrance with a lounge-like noren curtain and fresh flowers. A quiet interior that feels like you've escaped the hustle and bustle of the city. The first floor has box-type table seats, and the second floor has hori-kotatsu (horizontal kotatsu) seating, and the tatami room and private interior provide a comfortable and relaxing space for both groups and individuals. It was an extremely convenient Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) in Amemura, with a variety of à la carte menus.
