日本橋駅近くの雑居ビル。
エレベータの２階のボタンを押すと、扉の向こうは真っ暗。
３階の店名がチャイナっぽいので、私の思い違いかと３階で降りて入店。
二胡の音楽が流れ、テーブルごとに仕切りのある上品な雰囲気。
螺鈿風デザインのテーブルも可愛らしくてテンション上がる。
ビルの外観とは違った雰囲気。
飲茶Aセット ラーメンまたはお粥チョイス ￥1000円税込 をオーダー。
ちゃんと手作り感があってどれも美味しい。
蒸し物はプリプリジューシー。揚げ物はカリカリサクサク。
お粥は優しく中華だしが効いている。
青梗菜の炒め物も自作では出せないシャキシャキ感。
予想以上にボリュームがあるけど、野菜が多めなのであっさり食べられる。
桃まんはこしあん、胡麻団子はごまあん、甘い物も味が被らない。
どれも熱々で提供されたけど、小さな杏仁豆腐はちゃんと冷えて最後まで美味しくいただく。
ソフトドリンクのサービスがあって、指定しなかったら自動的に冷たいウーロン茶が出てきた。
飲茶セットにはウーロン茶が良いよね。
実は当初の予定は同じビルの２階にある金福来だった。
大きな看板は店頭に出たままだけど、去年の夏ぐらいから営業してないとの事。
クローズしてしまったのか、一時休業なのかは不明。
美味しい飲茶をいただけたので、結果オーライ。
