ココは大阪、なんば駅近くにある「宗右衛門町の関」さん
みなみ地区に安くて美味しいフグ専門店があると聞きお邪魔いたしました♪
敷居は低い感じでしたので、一般庶民でもOK店です。

いろいろフグを食べたい方におすすめです！
・突出し（湯引き）
じめじめした梅雨の時期に、まずはサッパリいきましょう！
＋生ビールをたいらげてプハーって感じです。
・てっさ（とらふぐ刺身）
見てください、これで一人前です♪
気分いいですねぇ
ほんのり甘めのポン酢にもみじおろしを絡めた刺身をチョンとつけてパクリっ
いやぁ、久々のとらふぐ様に手を合わせます。
せっかくなので、一度やってみたかった ❝すいく❞ でも頂戴いたしました（贅沢ですな）。
・てっさ（追加しました♪）
追加のてっさは、ちょっと厚目に準備してくれていますねぇ
・てっちり（コラーゲンゼリーのスープです）
まずは出汁にコラーゲンゼリーを溶かします。
すーっとゼリーが溶けちゃいます。
ココに厚切りとらふぐを投入して、専用のもみじおろしポン酢で頂戴します。
ちなみに、とらふぐはピクピクしていましたので、さばきたてです♪
皮がとろけるのが初体験のかねやん３は、一気にご機嫌です。
・ひれ酒（頼むしかない） ★★
弱火でじっくり焼かれたフグのヒレ、なま臭くありませんな。当たり前ですかね。。。
飲む前に火をつけ、アルコール分を飛ばし、お酒の味をマイルドにします。
また、香ばしさが一層引き立ちますよ。
最高ですな♪
・フグの唐揚げ
てっさのボリュームに比し、ちょっと少ない気もしますが、旨い。
・雑炊＋香物
ひれ酒から引き揚げたヒレを雑炊へ投入して食べましょう。
もう止まらん！！
・デザート
などなど、プラスαがコストUPを導きましたが、これなら十分満足できます。
