まだ暑い日が続いていた8月の下旬のある日に
仕事関係の方と食事をご一緒する事に。
先方さんがご用意頂いた大阪・ミナミの繁華街
「宗右衛門」のふぐ屋さんへ訪問しました。
正直、心の中では「まだ暑いので、お鍋はちょっとなぁ。。。」
「まぁ、生ビールで暑さ（熱さ）を凌げるか！」と思いながら入店。
まずは、Su社のプレミアム生ビールで乾杯です！！旨味があって美味い！！
お料理は気の利いたはからいでした。コースのメインは「焼きふぐ」です！
前菜は彩（いろどり）が豊かで、食感や風味の違う各逸品が嬉しい。
てっさはスタンダードな「薄造り」と「ぶつ（分厚め）」両方をシェア。
「ぶつ」は白菜の芯に近い「甘い部分」の上で乗せられていて、そのまま
口中へ運ぶと、フグのキメ細やかな食感と白菜のシャクシャクした食感、
またタイプの違う「甘味」が広がり美味！自家製ポン酢が味をまとめいている。
飲み放題のプランに１回のみ「ひれ酒」がオーダーできるとの事。当然オーダーです。
他では味わえない「旨味が凝縮されたお酒」です。いちいち説明は不要ですね。美味い！！
メインの焼きふぐは４種の味わいから選べるという事で「塩だれ」と「もろみ味噌」をチョイス。
季節のお野菜とともに、テーブル上で焼き上げるスタイル。これが良かった！味のチョイスも◎。
お鍋で汗だくだくになる事もなく、旨味の濃いふぐ料理各種で美味しいお酒を堪能させて頂きました。
当然ながら、これからの時期は「てっちり」で「〆のぞうすい」までふぐの醍醐味を存分に味わいたいと思います。
