大阪は難波駅の近く、道頓堀の大阪松竹座地下2階にある和食屋「たちばな 道頓堀本店 」へ訪問。
大阪松竹座のそれも地下2階というめっちゃ静かな場所にあります。
お店の入口も店内も和食の似合う静かな感じなんですが、コロッケなどの洋食の定食などもあるようでね。
しらす丼が気になったのですが、生でなく釜揚げだったんで今回はやめました。
そして、限定って文字に惹かれ「大きな海老天丼を注文♪
【大きな海老天丼997円】
天丼にはうず巻麩のお吸い物と香物がついてます。
天丼のタネは名前の通り、大きな海老が2匹。天然海老らしいです！！獅子唐×２・ナス×１・南瓜×１・エノキ茸×２でご飯の上には少量の刻み海苔が振りかけてありました。パラパラパラ！！エノキ茸の天ぷらって珍しいですよ。思わず解体し、めっちゃ確認してしまいました＾＾；
丼つゆは甘みのあるタイプ。天麩羅自身の表面に重点的にかかっており、ご飯には軽くかかっている感じだったので余り甘みが気にならなかったですね。それでも甘さは感じますが。
衣はサクサクというか、散らして固まっている部分はボリボリでしたｗ
海老天は、プリッとして身もしっかりしており海老自身の甘みがありますね。ただ、野菜天は風味弱い感じです。全体的に口に油感がのこる重めな感じでした。
ご飯は気持ち固めですかねぇ。あれっ？？？ご飯が温かい部分と冷たい部分がある！！なんと、どんぶりの底が浅い幅が広い大きな丼をつかっているので、ご飯が薄く広がっており、冷めやすいんですよ。そして、空調の近くに座っているので、驚くほどに急激に冷されます。なんだこれは（笑）
食べ終わり、レジで清算！！メニューには大きな赤い字で950円って書かれたいましたが支払いは997円！！
メニューを見ると、大きな赤字の横に小さな黒い字で（997円税込み）って書いてました。わかりづらいなぁ！！
こういうやり方ってやられた感しか残らないと思うんですけどね＾＾；
