今回の大阪でのお店の選択方針は、普段食べることがなかなかできない料理を食べること。
この日のランチはスパイスカレーでしたが、夜はスペイン料理のお店にしました。
そこでチョイスしたのが、心斎橋筋にある、私が大阪に住んでいるころからあった老舗スペインバルです。
お店は間口が狭く、３階までありました。
我々は２階のスペースに案内されました。
まずはカヴァで乾杯。「なみなみ カヴァ(グラス)」で、「ラ・ロスカ ブリュット(550円)」。ご覧のようになみなみと注いでくれます。
辛口で、まぁ、一杯目としてはよかったです。
一皿390円のタパスメニュー。種類が豊富なのがうれしいです。
頼んだのが「SOLのタパス盛り合せ(1,100円)」。「自家製キッシュ」「スペイン風オムレツ」「アリオリ ポテト」「新鮮イワシの酢漬け」「朝引き白レバーのパテ」「ハモン セラーノ」という内容。これで１人前。一通りのタパスを味わうことが出来ました。
「マッシュルームの生ハム詰め鉄板焼き」は、噛むと熱々のオリーブオイルとマッシュルームの生ハムのうま味が出てきて、やけどしそうでしたが美味しかったです。
生ハムとアヒージョのメニューの中からは「選べるミックスアヒージョ(980円)」です。
２種類の具を自由に組み合わせるアヒージョで、「小海老のアヒージョ」と「北海道産 活蛸のアヒージョ」を頼んでいます。
グツグツに煮立ったオリーブオイルにニンニクの風味をまとわせてあり、ワインにばっちりあいました。
もちろん「バゲット(250円)」も一緒にお願いしています。
最後の締めとしてはパエリア。メニューには「ミックスパエリア」と「イカ墨のパエリア」の２種類がありましたが、どちらも1,400円で２人前から頼むことが出来ました。
吾羽が頼んだのは「ミックスパエリア」。30分ほどかかるということで早めにオーダーを通してもらっていました。
具は大きな赤エビ、スルメイカ、アサリ、ムール貝、真鯛、鶏もも肉。２個ずつ入っていました。
スープは真鯛から取っていて、サフランと魚介のうま味を吸ったライスが、若干芯を残しながらも美味しく炊きあがっていました。
小松にはスペイン料理のお店が無く、本格的なパエリアを食べることが出来るお店が無いので、うれしいです。
最後にカバのあと頼んだアルコールについて。
カバのあとはスペイン差のプレミアムビール「Mahou(マオウ)」を頼んでいます。
そのあと、私はハイボール、妻は赤ワインよ白ワインを頼んでいました。
以上を飲み食いして、9,700円ほど。コスパもいいですね。ご馳走様でした。
