とある記念日に、人生初の火鍋でございます。
辛いものが苦手だったころには、一生縁の無い料理だと思っていました。
むろん、二種類のうち、一種類のスープは辛くないことは知っていましたが、
それでも、行かないだろうな・・・と。
そんなわけで、あの”陰陽”の鍋を見ると、軽い興奮を覚えます。
まずは、食べ放題で、肉は羊肉オンリーで。
お客さんは４組程度ですが、肉の補給が全く追いついていません。
これは、この店の欠点でしょう。
ひたすら肉を食べるなら、料理は違えど（火鍋ですが）、
シンフクのほうがいいでしょう。
不安だったスープはどちらもおいしく、
ダシの旨味で攻める日本料理とは全然違いますが、とにかく、肉も野菜もどんどん胃に消えて行きます。
羊肉も、アクもほとんど出ず、臭みもないので非常に食べやすいです。
追加で注文した香菜とＡ菜。
香菜、つまりパクチーを野菜としてこんなにたっぷり食べたのは初めてです。
そして、Ａ菜は食感が特徴的です。
しなっとしていてパリッとしている野菜で、おもしろいです。
そして、サイドメニューに頼んだ、烤干豆腐と烤馒头もおいしいです！
烤干豆腐は、こちらも中に香菜が巻かれています。
烤馒头はクミンなどで味付けられた具無しの豚まんのようなものも、おいしいですね。
珍しい物も多く、興奮してあれこれ追加しまくったため、かなり出費がかさんでしまいましたが、
肉の提供が遅いことを除けば、いい店だと思います。
